Overview

Design, implement, and strengthen internal communication and organizational culture strategies that foster employee engagement, align employees with the company's values, and promote a positive work environment. Ensure timely and effective communication across all levels of the organization while driving initiatives that enhance the employee experience, strengthen a sense of belonging, and support the achievement of the company's strategic objectives.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the internal communication strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Create, edit, and distribute internal communications across multiple channels (email, intranet, digital displays, newsletters, Teams, and social platforms).
- Ensure consistent corporate messaging and brand identity across all internal communications.
- Plan and coordinate employee engagement, recognition, wellness, and culture initiatives.
- Lead communication plans for organizational changes, new programs, and business updates.




- Measure employee engagement and communication effectiveness through surveys and feedback mechanisms.
- Manage internal communication calendars and content plans.
- Partner with HR, Operations, EHS, Leadership, and other departments to communicate key initiatives.
- Support onboarding communications and employer branding activities.
- Coordinate company events, town halls, leadership meetings, and employee celebrations.
- Develop presentations, videos, graphics, and communication materials.
- Maintain and update communication channels to ensure accurate and timely information.
- Monitor communication metrics and recommend continuous improvements.

Qualifications

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in Internal Communications, Employee Engagement, Human Resources, or Organizational Development.
