John Galliano was named Creative Director of the house in 2014, bringing his sense of spectacle and creative mastery to the unique ethos of Maison Margiela. As the Assistant Store Manager,



will be responsible for leading and inspiring a team to deliver an elevated shopping experience while driving sales and operational excellence. The Assistant Store Manager will work closely with the Store Manager to implement business strategies, maintain brand integrity, and cultivate strong client relationships.

Sales & Client Experience
- Drive sales performance by supporting the team in achieving individual and store sales targets.
- Deliver an elevated, personalized luxury experience to high-net-worth clientele.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through CRM strategies and personalized follow-ups.
- Ensure the team delivers superior product knowledge and exceptional client service.

- Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and training new team members.
