* High School Diploma, Technical Degree, or Associate Degree in Manufacturing,
Industrial Technology, Quality, or a related field.
Experience
* 1–3 years of experience in quality inspection within a manufacturing
environment.
* Experience with incoming, in-process, and final inspections preferred.
* Experience in metal fabrication, refrigeration, appliance, automotive, or
similar industries is an advantage.
Technical Skills
* Ability to read engineering drawings and technical specifications.
* Knowledge of basic quality inspection techniques and sampling methods.
* Experience using measuring equipment such as calipers, micrometers, height
gauges, tape measures, and other inspection tools.
* Basic understanding of quality concepts such as Control Plans, SPC, and
traceability.
* Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP)
and Microsoft Office applications is
preferred.
