Payments will take ownership of a defined product area, driving strategy, prioritization, and execution while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable and scalable payment solutions.
- Define and execute product direction for a key payments area, establishing priorities, goals, success metrics, and measurable outcomes.
- Improve merchant and shopper experiences across critical payment journeys, including onboarding, checkout, refunds, disputes, payouts, reporting, and platform reliability.
- Identify opportunities to reduce friction, improve product quality, lower support demand, and increase user trust through continuous optimization.
- Use data insights, customer feedback, support trends, and business signals to determine priorities and make informed product decisions.
