Accountabilities:





The Email Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and scaling lifecycle marketing programs that improve retention, increase customer engagement, and maximize revenue opportunities across multiple channels.
- Own the email and SMS marketing strategy, including campaign calendars, automated flows, and lifecycle communications.
- Build, optimize, and maintain customer journeys across key lifecycle stages, including welcome, browse abandonment, cart abandonment, post-purchase, cross-sell, upsell, subscription, winback, and re-engagement flows.
- Manage SMS campaigns and automations while continuously improving customer engagement and conversion performance.
- Develop retention strategies focused on increasing repeat purchases, subscription adoption, customer lifetime value, and overall loyalty.
