About the role:

The Technician IC will provide clinical and procedural support for Interventional Cardiology therapies, partnering closely with physicians, healthcare professionals and commercial teams to ensure excellent patient care and optimal product utilization.

This position is based in Monterrey and supports mainly hospitals within the metropolitan area, while occasionally providing support across the Northern territory, including border states and selected locations such as Sinaloa and Durango. The role combines clinical support,



customer relationship management, inventory coordination and administrative follow-up, while offering a structured development path toward Specialist and commercial positions.

The ideal candidate is a fast learner, highly adaptable, customer-oriented and motivated to build a career in the medical device industry.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical and clinical support during Interventional Cardiology procedures in Hemodynamics.
- Attend and support cases in hospitals, ensuring proper product utilization and procedural assistance.
- Develop deep knowledge of the division’s products, strategic therapies and clinical procedures.
- Execute territory plans and support the achievement of sales objectives alongside the commercial team.
- Collaborate effectively with sales representatives, distributors and other business partners.
