About the role:

The Technician IC will provide technical and clinical support for Interventional Cardiology procedures, partnering closely with physicians, healthcare professionals and commercial teams to ensure excellent procedural outcomes and customer satisfaction.

This position is based in Mexico City and is ideal for candidates interested in developing their career within the medical device industry. The role combines clinical support, customer-facing activities,



product expertise and collaboration with commercial teams to support business growth and strengthen customer relationships.

The idóneo candidate is proactive, customer-oriented, adaptable, and eager to learn in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Responsibilities:

· Provide technical assistance during Interventional Cardiology procedures in Hemodynamics.

· Develop deep knowledge of the division’s products, strategic therapies and clinical procedures.

· Support execution of monthly and quarterly territory plans.

· Collaborate with sales representatives, distributors, commission agents and other business partners to achieve business objectives.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, referral sources, purchasing personnel, insurance companies, opinion leaders and hospitals.

· Conduct regular visits to current and prospective customers.

· Support the planning and execution of product launches and account development strategies.
