Position Summary

The Order Management Supervisor is responsible for leading and optimizing the end-to-end order management function supporting hardware, software, and service transactions across Hexagon Manufacturing Intelligence.

This role ensures operational excellence throughout the order lifecycle while driving efficiency, accuracy, compliance, and customer satisfaction.

The Order Management Supervisor will lead a team of Order Management Specialists and serve as a key operational partner to Sales, Finance, Planning, Logistics, and Customer Support.

The successful candidate will bring strong leadership capabilities, operational expertise, and a continuous improvement mindset to support revenue realization, customer satisfaction, and business performance in a general manufacturing technology environment.

Job Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Development
- Lead, coach, mentor, and develop a team of Order Management Specialists.




- Establish performance expectations, operational standards, and service level objectives.
- Monitor workload distribution, productivity, and team performance metrics.
- Conduct regular coaching, performance reviews, and development planning.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Order Lifecycle Management
- Oversee the accurate processing, validation, and execution of hardware, software, and service orders.
- Ensure compliance with pricing policies, approval workflows, contractual obligations, and commercial guidelines.
- Review complex transactions and provide guidance on exception management.
- Partner closely with Sales, Finance, Planning, Logistics, and Customer Support to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Ensure order data integrity across Salesforce, ERP systems, and related platforms.
