About the role:

The Account Executive II / Sales Representative II will be responsible for driving sales growth of core and strategic products across key accounts in Reciente León and Chihuahua. This role requires building strong relationships with healthcare professionals (HCPs), generating demand, supporting clinical procedures, identifying market opportunities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to accelerate business growth.

The ideal candidate combines commercial excellence, strong execution, and healthcare industry knowledge,



particularly within medical devices, while maintaining a customer-centric approach and full ownership of the sales process.

Responsibilities:
- Attend and support clinical procedures in assigned accounts.
- Drive demand generation activities and identify business growth opportunities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with physicians, healthcare professionals, and key stakeholders.
- Understand market dynamics, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Effectively manage sales activities, procedures, opportunities, and account planning through company systems.
- Increase account penetration and average ticket size by identifying cross-selling opportunities.
- Analyze sales KPIs and develop action plans to achieve business objectives.
