As a Senior Systems Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery and optimization of technical solutions in support of a value stream team. This role bridges business needs and technical implementation by analyzing complex systems, defining detailed requirements,



and supporting the design and delivery of end-to-end capabilities aligned with business objectives.
The Senior Systems Analyst collaborates closely with Product Owners, Architects, Developers, QA Engineers, and business stakeholders to understand business processes, document system behaviors, identify gaps, and translate strategic goals into actionable user stories, technical specifications, and solution designs. This role also contributes to the design of modern, scalable, versátil, and loosely coupled solutions that support long-term business and technology goals.

Experience
- 6+ years of experience as a Systems Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, Technical Business Analyst, or similar role.
- Experience working within Agile delivery teams.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, including business users, architects, developers, and QA teams.
