If you are an Import and Export Assistant professional looking for an opportunity to grow your career, this role provides the opportunity to support critical cross‑border trade operations that enable business continuity and customer satisfaction. Based in Reynosa, Tamaulipas, you will contribute to compliant, accurate, and efficient import and export activities while collaborating closely with internal teams and external partners in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Elaborate import invoices for raw materials and export invoices for finished goods, including virtual operations, returns, scrap, machinery, equipment, and spare parts.
- Review and validate customs entries (pedimentos) to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with applicable regulations.
- Prepare and maintain tax and trade‑related reports, supporting audits and internal controls.
- Coordinate shipments with customs brokers, logistics providers, and internal customers to ensure timely and compliant movement of goods.




- Track and report shipment status, maintaining shipment reports and discrepancy logs, and supporting resolution of variances.
- Collect and organize information for new part numbers, including photographs, cost data, and supporting documentation.
- Support inventory control and trade compliance processes, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
