CBS Sr. Accounting & Reporting Analyst

Location: Mexico City

Are you ready to elevate your career and drive financial excellence for a purpose-driven global brand? As the Senior R2R Analyst, you will play a pivotal role within CBS Mexico, safeguarding the financial integrity and compliance of complex legal entities supporting Hill's Pet Nutrition.



In this highly visible position, you will own the end-to-end month-end close cycle, formulate strategic management reporting packages, and coordinate seamlessly with global and local finance leadership. By transforming raw financial data into impactful strategic insights and championing general continuous improvement projects, you will directly influence the operational success of our business.

Responsibilities

Financial Governance: Lead and review formal Balance Sheet Review Meetings with local financial stakeholders to ensure overall reconciliation health and proactive risk mitigation.

Month-End Optimization: Orchestrate critical month-end close activities and own the preparation of complex Management Financial Statements (including CFN and 10K corporate reporting) for operationally complex entities.
