Job Description

Campaign Performance Specialist​:

The Campaign Performance Specialist is responsible for handling all campaign related activities, including search engine advertising (SEA), paid social, and affiliate marketing, to support campaigns and maintain a consistent media presence, working under general supervision.

Your role:
- Lead omnichannel marketing activities with a strong focus on Paid Media (paid social, programmatic, search), PR and Influencer Marketing, translating brand and category strategies into impactful execution plans.
- Own the relationship with external media, PR, influencer and creative agencies, ensuring best-in-class execution, budget optimization, quality deliverables, and alignment with business objectives and KPIs.
- Develop, execute and optimize integrated campaigns and always-on activations, defining channel ecosystems, audience strategies, performance metrics and measurement frameworks to maximize reach, engagement and conversion.
- Drive performance analytics, campaign reporting,



attribution and ROI modeling, leveraging data-driven insights to continuously improve marketing effectiveness and business outcomes.
- Act as a key partner to market teams across North Latam (Mexico, Colombia, Panamá and Ecuador), providing guidance on digital excellence, campaign performance and stakeholder alignment, while collaborating effectively in a highly matrixed international environment.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Digital Marketing, with strong expertise in Paid Media, PR, Influencer Marketing, Campaign Management, and Agency Management.
- Proven experience managing and leading relationships with media, PR, influencer, creative, and content agencies, ensuring high-quality execution and business impact.
