Role Overview:

As a Bookkeeping Advisor (internal title Team Lead,



Bookkeeping), you balance expert bookkeeping work with meaningful, ongoing relationships with your Pros. You have deep expertise in U.S. bookkeeping and use your knowledge to help small business owners understand their financial statements and stay confident in the health of their business. You strive for excellence in overseeing ongoing bookkeeping tasks including month-end reconciliation, review, and accurate completion of books, while providing proactive communication and support to ensure long-term customer success.

You are a clear and comfortable communicator who can explain accounting concepts to non-accountants and help Pros make sense of their financial data. You bring an analytical mindset to improve efficiency and accuracy across your accounts, and you partner closely with internal bookkeepers to facilitate timely and effective service delivery.
