The Sr Business Analyst will work closely with stakeholders across various departments to gather, analyze, and interpret data to improve business performance and support strategic projects. A dynamic role that combines problem-solving skills, data-driven thinking and business sense to ensure rapid and sustainable growth of the business.

We’re looking for someone who has experience in consulting, project management, financial background or similar and is eager to dip their feet into a fast paced world of technology and logistics. This opportunity will be a blend of strategic thinking, problem solving and execution.

What you will do
- Perform data analysis and modeling to identify trends and efficiency opportunities.
- Build analytical insights/tools to help set and monitor performance goals in the business.
- Work closely with our Managing Director in building the long-term strategy for Mexico.
- Collect and analyze performance data from different areas (sales, marketing, operations, etc.) to drive alignment and collaboration on the execution and achievement of business goals.




- Provide data-driven recommendations to improve processes and increase efficiency.
- Conduct market research, analyze business data, and drive knowledge sharing on market & technology trends; drive business efficiency improvement, best practices as well as challenges among business units.
- Monitor and report on the progress of strategic initiatives to MD Lalamove, making adjustments as necessary based on changing conditions.
