The Training Support coordinates all technical and partner training events and functions within a region. This will include but will not be limited to scheduling courses, enrolling participants,



managing instructor assignments, facilitating events, monitoring classroom activities, preparing and managing invoicing, tracking, and shipping of courseware and equipment, evaluating and documenting training effectiveness.

What will you do:
- Coordinates with internal and external stakeholders regarding organizational training needs
- Schedules and organizes training programs to meet specific organizational training requirements.
- Uses various software platforms to schedule events, enroll participants, send invitations, and manage classes.
- Maintains stock for Training Kits and any other required items for courses.
- Maintains and distributes applicable training content.
- Tracks and reports course completions, certifications, and certification expirations ans sends notifications to provide feedback to program participants and management.
