Job Description

Join the transformation of our Global Procurement function This is a high-impact, newly created role designed to scale Nielsen’s procurement operations globally. As a Procurement Professional, you will be a key player in enhancing long-term profitability and supporting sustainable growth while effectively managing integral risks.




You won't just be running reports; you will develop and execute sourcing plans for indirect spend, maintain strategic supplier relationships, and take end-to-end ownership of key contracts. We need a skilled analyst who can navigate change and lead the assessment, selection, and negotiation of external service providers.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Alignment: Align Nielsen's enterprise strategy with category strategies to deliver best-in-class products and services at the lowest possible cost.
- Sourcing Leadership: Lead strategic procurement activities, including the assessment, selection, and management of externally contracted services.
- Contract Negotiation: Negotiate requirements and provisions (terms and conditions) to ensure full compliance with laws, regulations, and enterprise policies.
- Business Partnership: Serve as a trusted partner to stakeholders, identifying critical business requirements and providing sourcing services that exceed expectations.
