Own the S&OP; process, build the business cases behind new launches, and turn market data into forecasts that guide decisions across Finance, Supply Chain and the Business Units.

Your new role
As our new Sales Forecasting Coordinator, you will lead the S&OP; process and translate market signals into forecasts that guide commercial, financial and supply chain decisions. This is a role for someone who thrives on connecting the dots – challenging assumptions, building business cases for new launches, developing robust forecasts through multiple forecasting methodologies, and finding creative ways to answer questions when the data isn't fully there yet.

Day-to-day your tasks will include:
- Coordinating and actively contributing to monthly and quarterly S&OP; cycles, consolidating inputs and aligning cross-functional stakeholders across Finance, Supply Chain and the Business Units
- Leading consumption and trend analysis – patient dynamics,



seasonality and demand drivers – by combining internal data with external market intelligence
- Building business cases for new product launches, bringing together commercial, financial and operational perspectives
- Presenting key insights, risks and opportunities to senior stakeholders, and translating complex analyses into clear, actionable recommendations
- Ensuring data accuracy, governance and integrity across forecasting inputs, dashboards and reports
- Driving automation and efficiency through advanced Excel tools, macros and BI platforms
