How You'll Make an Impact
- Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of factory HSE programs and management systems.
- Drive a proactive safety culture focused on risk reduction and serious incident prevention.
- Partner with leadership teams to develop and execute HSE strategies aligned with business goals.
- Manage incident reporting, investigations, audits, inspections, and corrective action programs.
- Monitor HSE performance metrics and communicate trends, risks, and opportunities to stakeholders.
- Coach and develop leaders and employees on HSE best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Lead and develop the local HSE team while building organizational capability and engagement.
