Overview
We're an early-stage consumer products company building a growing presence across DTC, eCommerce, marketplaces, and retail.
The founder has built the foundation and is looking for a true partner to help scale the business. You'll work directly alongside him, helping drive growth, improve operations, and turn strategy into execution across every part of the company.
This is a highly visible role with broad ownership. One day you might be reviewing business performance and growth opportunities.



The next you could be working with agency partners, launching a new product, improving marketplace performance, or helping expand into new sales channels.

Responsibilities
- Partner directly with the founder to help drive the company's growth strategy and day-to-day execution.
- Own key business initiatives from idea through implementation.
- Help manage overall business performance, including revenue growth, profitability, and P&L.;
- Grow the business across Amazon, Mercado Libre, DTC/eCommerce, subscriptions, and retail channels.
- Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, logistics providers, and strategic partners.
- Identify operational improvements that help the business scale efficiently.
- Build reporting, forecasting, and KPI dashboards to support data-driven decisions.
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives across marketing, operations, product, and commercial teams.
