We are looking for a results-driven Operational Excellence (OPEX) Engineer to lead and support continuous improvement initiatives across our manufacturing operations. In this role, you’ll apply Lean and CORE principles to optimize processes, improve workflow, and maximize resource utilization. You’ll partner with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency, solve operational challenges, and build a culture of continuous improvement through data-driven decision-making, training, and hands-on implementation. What You Will Do:
- Conduct research and analysis to evaluate potential solutions for optimizing equipment, procedures, workforce, or training to ensure the most efficient sequence of operations and workflow.
- Standard Work improvements and resource allocation (materials, personnel, and equipment)
to maximize efficiency and floor space utilization.
- Lead or support continuous improvement initiatives aligned with CORE / Lean Manufacturing principles, including kaizen events and process maturity assessments.
- Partner with manufacturing cells to implement CORE tools and drive operational excellence across the site.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and use data-driven methods (Root Cause Analysis, Problem Solving) to identify and execute improvement opportunities.
- Review and provide analytical support for documentation such as proposals, cost control plans, productivity improvement studies, and inventory management systems.
- Facilitate internal CORE/Lean training sessions and contribute to building a culture of continuous improvement at all organizational levels.
