The salary range for this role is 340,000 to 355,000 MXN per year (plus other benefits), with final salary dependent on experience of the chosen candidate.

Lumivero is looking for an organized, people-centered HR Coordinator with strong English proficiency to join our team as a key operational partner within People Operations. You’ll own critical systems and processes that shape the employee experience from the moment someone signs their offer letter through their entire journey with us.

What You’ll Do
HRIS Administration
- Serve as system administrator for our HRIS — maintaining data accuracy, integrity, and compliance
- Conduct regular audits and generate recurring and ad hoc reports (headcount, turnover, onboarding timelines, etc.)
- Partner with IT and vendors to troubleshoot issues and support system enhancements
- Maintain workflows, security roles, and system configurations
