The Associate CSM will support the Customer Success team by assisting with/ managing child accounts of large enterprise customers,



providing coverage/supporting midmarket and high volume CSMs with their portfolios, and at times possibly their own portfolio of smaller accounts.

You’ll work alongside Senior CSMs to ensure customers achieve their goals with TigerConnect, focusing on customer retention, adoption, and satisfaction. This role provides hands-on exposure to account management, customer relationship building, and proactive planning in a healthcare-focused SaaS environment.
