General Description:
The Operator, as part of their general duties, will provide direct support in loading and unloading products for customer orders in the warehouse area. The role will also include tasks in the maintenance area.

Job Activities:
- Support warehouse areas by loading and unloading products onto trucks for customer orders.
- Maintain order, cleanliness, and proper care of warehouse areas.
- Ensure equipment cleanliness and sanitization.
- Support inventory activities by storing products and placing them in the correct locations.
- Prepare shipments of requested products for both customers and transfers to other branches.
- Perform general duties at the plant.
- In the packaging area,



supply production orders; when packaging, fill fertilizer bags according to customer orders.
- Support maintenance area activities for the preparation and setup of equipment and machinery.

Education:
- High school diploma

Experience / Knowledge / Skills:
- Experience in an agricultural company is desirable.
- Ability to work under pressure and perform heavy-duty work.
- Teamwork.
- Discipline and a strong sense of responsibility.

Job Expectations / Working Conditions:
- Support general tasks in the warehouse area.
- Heavy loading and unloading of fertilizer bags.
- 90% of the time in the production area and 10% in general maintenance.
