Role Summary

We are seeking a Manufacturing Project Manager (PM) to provide program management support for Custom Cable and Thermal New Product Introductions (NPIs). Over the past year, there has been a significant increase in custom cable requirements across NPI programs. This commodity currently lacks dedicated NPI PM support, creating a gap that contributes to schedule churn and manufacturing delays. The Manufacturing PM will bridge this gap by driving manufacturing readiness and ensuring alignment between design, supply chain, and production teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end manufacturing program management for custom cable and thermal NPI components, ensuring readiness across all build phases.
