Degree:
Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics, Electromechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.

General Objective:
Establish procedures and verification criteria in accordance with Engineering and Quality standards, and define Quality indicators for Manufacturing processes.





Knowledge and Experience:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in Quality
- Problem-solving methodologies (8Ds, FTA, Ishikawa)
- Strong experience in KPI tracking and corrective actions follow-up
- Personnel management, blueprint reading, and GD&T;
- Microsoft Office
- Minitab
- Basic knowledge of ESD
- Experience with ISO and other standards
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing
- Core Tools
- Advanced conversational English
- Shift to be covered: Second shift

Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain effective teamwork, communication, and proactivity within the organization
- Coordinate audits with technical staff and ensure effectiveness to prevent customer complaints
- Conduct GR&R; studies, CPK analysis, and SPC
- Perform in-depth analysis of quality issues in QB and/or MP (Root Cause Analysis - RCA)
- Follow up on customer complaints (RCA), implement systemic corrective actions and/or poka-y
