We're looking for someone who has built something.
Maybe you started your own consumer brand.
Maybe you joined a startup when it had 3 people and helped scale it.
Maybe you took an unknown product and turned it into a real business.
Maybe you were a founder's right hand.
If you've spent your career managing large, established brands with big teams and endless resources, this probably isn't the right fit.
We're looking for an operator.
Overview
The foundation has been built.
Now we're looking for someone who wants to help build the next chapter and grow the DTC, retail, and eCommerce business.
This isn't a role where you'll only own marketing.
You'll help run the business, owning everything from DTC growth and eCommerce performance to retail expansion, profitability, product launches, and day-to-day execution.
You'll work directly with the founder, have a seat at the table, and play a key role in shaping the future of the company.
Responsibilities
Own revenue growth and P&L; performance across the business
Grow the business across Amazon, Mercado Libre, DTC/eCommerce, subscriptions, and retail channels
Identify new opportunities to increase revenue, improve profitability, and expand into new products or channels
Launch new products and bring them to market across multiple sales channels
Manage external agencies, vendors, manufacturers, logistics partners, and other key business relationships while holding them accountable for results
Optimize customer acquisition, conversion, retention, and lifetime value across DTC and marketplace channels
Build reporting, forecasting,

and KPI dashboards to support data-driven decision making
Work closely with the founder to prioritize initiatives while independently driving execution across the business
Requirements
C1 English or equivalent
Experience building or helping scale an early-stage business, either as a founder, early employee, Chief of Staff, General Manager, or business leader
Direct responsibility for P&L; management and overall business performance
Experience growing a consumer brand through DTC/eCommerce, Amazon, Mercado Libre, Shopify, retail, wholesale, or a combination of these channels
Strong understanding of consumer business metrics including revenue, profitability, CAC, ROAS, conversion rate, repeat purchase rate, customer lifetime value, inventory, forecasting, and cash flow
Comfortable making decisions with limited information and operating in a fast-moving startup environment
Willing to roll up your sleeves and move between strategy and execution without hesitation
Willing to visit the offices in Mexico City once a week to meet with the founder
Bonus Points
You've helped scale a consumer brand from zero to meaningful revenue
You've built brands that consumers had never heard of and successfully created demand
You've managed Amazon Seller Central, Shopify, Mercado Libre, Klaviyo, or similar eCommerce platforms
You've worked in consumer products, food & beverage, wellness, or another fast-moving consumer category
You've managed external agencies, fulfillment providers, manufacturers, or operational partners
Benefits
Competitive base salary plus performance bonus
Equity participation
