We are seeking skilled NOC Specialists with strong routing and switching experience — particularly with Aruba, Juniper, Fortinet, and ideally Cisco — to join our front‐line network engineering team.If you take pride in exceptional uptime, love solving complex network challenges, and want to work with modern, mission‐critical network technologies, we want to hear from you.What You'll DoMonitor and manage multi‐site enterprise networks from our Ottawa NOCTroubleshoot and resolve layer 2–3 network incidents with urgency and precisionConfigure, maintain, and optimize switches, routers, SD‐WAN, wireless, and firewallsWork hands‐on with Aruba Central / CX switches, Juniper EX/SR, Fortinet firewalls, VPNs & security policiesParticipate in capacity planning, incident response, root cause analysis, and change requestsSupport integrations connected to cloud services (Azure/AWS), OT/IoT, VoIP, CCTV, Access ControlDocument topology changes, update network diagrams,
