This is an entry-level role ideal for candidates with a strong foundation in accounting principles and a desire to grow within a dynamic, international environment.The Junior Accountant will be responsible for supporting daily accounting activities, ensuring accuracy in financial records, and contributing to month-end close processes in compliance with U.S. accounting standards.In this role, you will:Support daily accounting operations, including journal entries, reconciliations, and transaction processingAssist in month-end and year-end close activitiesPerform account reconciliations and investigate discrepanciesMaintain accurate and up-to-date financial recordsEnsure compliance with internal controls and accounting policiesCollaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders in the U.S.Assist with audits and provide required documentationParticipate in process improvement initiatives within GBS#LI-HybridWhat we look for:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance,



or related field1+ years of experience in Accounting or Finance rolesAdvanced English levelProficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, data handling)Preferred qualifications:Strong understanding of accounting principles (preferably US GAAP)Experience with ERP systems is a plus (SAP S/4HANA preferred but not mandatory)Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsHigh attention to detail and accuracyAbility to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environmentWorkplace type:Hybrid - 2 days in the officeOur values-based culture connects to our purpose and empowers people to be their best, professionally and personally.
