Ensure the Change Management and Communications practices offer different modalities to support effectiveness.Complexity – Products managed, mix of businesses, internal and/or external business environment, cultural considerationsPartner with Stakeholders and Change Management and Communications team to bring unique and complex organizational and process questions.What you bring to Takeda:EssentialAppropriate Bachelor's in related specialization area (e.G. Change Management, Communications, Business Administration)
is essential6+ years of experience in Change Management in a global setting preferably in an IT functionExperience in managing change in a diverse data and digital technology landscapeAbility to manage change in a cross functional organization while being versátil and adaptable to work in ambiguous situationsExcellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal English) to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiencesAbility to work successfully in multi-cultural teams and to build and maintain strong relationship with key local and general stakeholdersExcellent oral and written communications skills, business acumen with analytical and problem-solving skillsPractice efficient time management and coordinates tasks, working in an international environmentSkilled in problem-solving, able to identify and address challenges creatively and effectivelyFlexibility to travel to other countries/regions when necessaryTools and TechnologyExperience in communicating effectively to business and IT leadersSolid IT skills and a quick learner of new systemsOpen to new ways of working and applying new methodologiesProficient in using Microsoft Office 365 applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPointExperienced in using Change Management methods and tools to facilitate organizational changeDesiredMaster's degree in related specialization area (e.G.
