The ADI North America leadership team is seeking a detail‐oriented and proactive Logistics Coordinator to manage the flow of goods from suppliers to customers.
This role is critical in ensuring timely shipments, accurate documentation, and strong coordination between internal teams, carriers, and vendors.
You will be responsible for driving data collection, process mapping, and financial data analysis, to help achieve value drivers and improvement initiatives.
In this role, you will directly impact the cost control of all transportation related operations within the ADI network.JOB DUTIESCoordinate domestic and international shipments; schedule pickups and deliveriesTrack shipments, resolve transit issues, and communicate status to stakeholdersMonitor vendor, customer, and carrier compliance and performanceMaintain carrier scorecards, KPIs, and freight performance reportsPrepare and manage shipping documentation and carrier expense transactionsAnalyze freight costs, demurrage, and accessorial charges; identify cost‐saving opportunitiesSupport freight expense reporting, scrap claims,
