Operating within a global Research & Development environment, you will translate consumer insights and technical strategies into practical laboratory solutions.
Your focus will be on executing experimental methods, analyzing data, and ensuring seamless technology transfer from lab-scale formulation to production, all while collaborating closely with multi-functional integral teams.ResponsibilitiesFormulation & Bench Work: Conduct lab-scale batching, evaluate formula stability, perform product testing, and assist in scaling up new dish care products from lab to pilot plantData Documentation & Analysis: Keep detailed, accurate records of experimental work, observations, and aging studies in compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and Quality requirementsTechnical Problem Solving: Apply scientific knowledge to day-to-day formulation challenges, troubleshooting technical issues with an applied, hands-on approach under supervisor guidanceCross-Functional Collaboration: Communicate lab results effectively and act as a technical link with business partners including Quality, Supply Chain, Regulatory, and Global MarketingSafety & Compliance:
