This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in a dynamic industrial environment.Job ResponsibilitiesAssist with recruitment and selection processes, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.Support onboarding and offboarding activities for employees.Maintain and update employee records and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality.Assist in the preparation of HR reports and presentations.Support the coordination of training programs and employee development initiatives.Participate in organizing employee engagement activities and events.Provide administrative support to the HR team, including filing, data entry, and correspondence.Assist with compliance-related tasks and HR policy implementation.Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth HR operations.Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the HR Manager.Job QualificationsCurrently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
