Drive end-to-end supply chain performance by ensuring customer requirements are met, optimizing processes, and leading continuous improvement initiatives aligned with business objectives.In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:Lead daily supply chain operations to ensure efficiency, reliability, and alignment with customer expectations.Drive continuous improvement initiatives aligned with the Cummins Operating System and Functional Excellence strategies.Lead cross-functional planning processes and collaborate with Business Units to ensure supply chain alignment.Identify and mitigate supply constraints through collaboration with suppliers and internal stakeholders.Develop and improve supply chain processes, procedures, and performance standards through strong business partnerships.Analyze operational trends, identify improvement opportunities, and implement corrective action plans to achieve performance targets.Monitor and enhance key performance indicators (KPIs) to improve supply chain visibility and decision-making.Proactively address supply chain disruptions and elevate critical issues to ensure operational stability.Support annual operating plans, including resource planning, expense management,
