ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the R&D; team in industrial and product design, driving innovation and developing high‐quality, market‐responsive products.Oversee the design process to ensure excellence in form, proportion, and aesthetics; apply CMF expertise forvisual appeal and market relevance.Conduct structural research and experiments to enhance functionality and performance; develop and test prototypes with strong hands‐on skills and attention to detail.Collaborate with marketing, production, and engineering to align product development with company goals; mentor the R&D; team to foster innovation.Communicate effectively in both Spanish and English for clear collaboration and reporting with international teams.Requirements5+ years of experience in industrial or product design (office furniture design preferred); strong ability to assess product form, proportion, and aesthetics.Deep understanding and experience in CMF application; passion for structural research and prototyping with excellent hands‐on skills.Proven team management and leadership experience with strong team‐building abilities.
