As a Supply Planner II here at Solstice, you will play a key role in managing and optimizing supply chain operations to ensure the efficient flow of materials and products.
You will leverage your expertise in supply planning to support inventory management, production scheduling, and demand fulfillment, contributing to the overall success of our supply chain network.You will report directly to our Supply Chain Manager and you'll work out of our Monterrey, Mexico location on an hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the seamless coordination of supply chain activities, ensuring that inventory levels meet customer demand while maintaining cost efficiency.
Your efforts will help drive operational excellence and support business growth in a dynamic manufacturing environment.ResponsibilitiesOwn the end-to-end planning process for a critical customer accountLead the weekly/bi-weekly planning meetings with the customerPrepare and send business critical reporting files on a weekly basisReview the customer demand forecast, using this data to adjust and maintain target inventory levels across consignment locationsProactively communicate with the customers, and internal stakeholdersCoordinate with vendors, and 3PL warehouses to ensure on-time delivery of goods to the customerRegular inventory reconciliation and clean-up of expired stock to ensure inventory accuracyMonthly revenue projection and communication of potential risks to stakeholdersTimely release of purchase orders,
