We are currently expanding and looking to add a motivated individual to our HR Department based at our Queretaro office.
Intermediate English level (preferably)
Morning shift: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
Responsibilities
Conduct accurate and timely processing of weekly payrolls
Assist in preparation of remittance and payroll reporting
SUA/ IDSE register
Assist and answer payroll related queries from drivers
Ensure processing of appropriate payroll deductions
Process required paperwork for all new hires, benefit changes, terminations and ROEs
Recommends and implements development solutions that align with the Corporate business approach and HR strategies and objectives
Manages the execution and administration of the organization's compensation policies, including pay for performance and incentive programs.
Qualifications




2 - 4 years of experience in Human Resources and pre payroll with demonstrated abilities in managing task control under pressure.
Excellent numerical sense and data-analytical capabilities with strong communication and influencing skills.
Workday integration experience (preferred)
Experience with incentive programs, short- and long-term incentive plans is considered an asset.
Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team.
Excellent time management skills – ability to multi-task, plan, organize and prioritize work.
Ability to prepare reports and present findings.
Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
