We ́re HiringThe Field Service Technician is responsible for installing, calibrating, maintaining, and repairing electric torque tools and related systems at customer sites.Responsibilities- Install, commission, and configure electric torque tools and controllers at customer facilities.
- Perform preventive maintenance, calibration, troubleshooting, and repair of torque equipment.
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and software-related issues and implement corrective actions.
- Conduct on-site testing and validation to ensure tools meet torque accuracy specifications.
- Provide operator training and technical guidance to customers.
- Document service activities, calibration results, and equipment status reportsQualifications- Technical diploma or associate degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or related field.
Bachelor in Engineering is a plus.




- 2+ years of field service, maintenance, or industrial equipment repair experience.
- Working knowledge of electric torque tools, fastening systems, or precision assembly equipment.
- Ability to read electrical schematics and technical manuals.
- Proficiency with diagnostic instruments (multimeters, torque analyzers, calibration devices).
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
