High school diploma or equivalent.




At least 1 year of experience in:Customer ServiceCall CenterAppointment SchedulingHealthcare CoordinationOr a similar customer-facing role.
Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
Comfortable using Microsoft Office and computer systems.Nice to haveExperience in healthcare, insurance, workers compensation, or medical scheduling.Experience using CRM or case management systems.
