this is the place for you.WE ARE HIRING:Procurement AssistantRequirements :Degree: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting and FinanceExperience: 1 year of experience in Procurement or similar functionsExcellent communication and negotiation skillsAbility to create and manage a task priority list based on business needsStrong organizational skills and ability to manage information and handle multiple tasks simultaneouslyActivities:Manage supplier onboarding, updates, and monitoring.Review and track purchase orders and expense requests.Validate required supplier documentation to ensure compliance with internal processes.Coordinate the tracking of tickets, emails, and requests from various departments.Maintain administrative files and records up to date.Assist with administrative tasks related to the Purchasing and Procurement department.
