About the RoleActs as the primary liaison between a company and its existing clients, focusing on nurturing long-term relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving revenue growth.
They are "farmers" who manage client accounts, understand their needs, resolve issues, and align company products/services with client goals.The ideal candidate will be able to appropriately identify the needs of both new and current customers, establishing an effective level of communication with clients and internal teammates to better understand and mitigate any issues customers may face.
This position offers a 4‐day onsite and 1‐day work‐from‐home hybrid schedule.Duties and ResponsibilitiesMaintain and increase the business share at your customer baseCoordinate sales efforts for direct accounts within the given territoryWork in conjunction with the outside sales team to increase customer penetrationDeep knowledge of your customer base, with a focus on project tracking and management.Coordinate pricing on a WW basis as needed for those global accounts such as EMS, automotive, or JapaneseFull support for delivery problems and escalation for given accountsProvide and maintain accurate forecast for budget and capacity planningExecute PCN changes directed from our production divisionsBecome an liaison between our HQ in Japan and the customer base to correctly execute our corporate directionMonitor and control costs associated with field‐sales activity, such as supply chain solutions, minimum order quantities, and minimum order values, to maximize profitabilitySupport accounts receivable with unresolved payment problemsMinimum QualificationsBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Business, or Sales/Marketing; or equivalent combination of education/training and work experience; or equivalent industry work experience.A minimum of 2–3 years' experience (4–6 years exp. desired) in a sales environment,
