Lead all manufacturing activities within an Autonomous Production Unit, ensuring the achievement of safety, quality, delivery, and productivity targets.Drive operational excellence initiatives focused on improving OEE, labor efficiency, throughput, scrap reduction, and overall plant performance.Promote a strong safety environment and ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations.Partner closely with Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, Supply Chain, and other functional teams to achieve operational objectives.Champion Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, TPM, and Kaizen methodologies to improve processes and reduce operational costs.Lead problem-solving and root cause analysis activities to address production and quality challenges.Manage departmental budgets, labor utilization, productivity metrics, and operational expenses.Develop, coach, and mentor supervisors, team leaders, and production personnel.Support customer satisfaction initiatives by ensuring on-time delivery, quality compliance,



and successful audit performance.Identify and execute strategic initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and support business growth.Own a high-impact manufacturing operation.Lead teams and drive operational excellence.Non-Negotiable Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.8+ years of manufacturing leadership experience in roles such as APU Manager, Business Unit Manager, Senior Production Manager, Operations Manager, or equivalent.Lean and/or Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or Black Belt preferred).
