We are looking for our nextHR Manager, Americas, to lead the regional people strategy for our new Energy Storage Joint Venture, which brings together 500 professionals and operates in 10 countries worldwide.The HR Manager, Americas, will lead the execution of regional HR initiatives, support managers and team members, foster a positive employee experience, and ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.Position details:Location:Mexico CityWork model:Hybrid, with 6 days per month in the office.Contract type: Permanent (indefinite-term)Seniority level:Management.Key responsibilities:Regional HR Program ExecutionLead the implementation of annual HR programs, policies, and processes across the Americas, ensuring consistent and compliant execution.Support regional compensation reviews and partner with other HR teams on key people initiatives.Employee Relations & ComplianceManage employee relations matters, workplace concerns, and investigations, providing guidance to managers on performance, attendance, and conduct.Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws, collective agreements, company policies, audits, and reporting requirements.Employee EngagementLead regional engagement, recognition, communication, wellness, inclusion, and employee experience initiatives.Translate engagement survey results into meaningful regional action plans.Talent & Performance ManagementCoordinate performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, and development activities across the region.Support the implementation of job architecture, total rewards,
