We're looking for anInside Sales Coordinatorto drive new business opportunities, develop strategic customer relationships, and contribute to the commercial growth of our organization.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities through outbound sales activities.Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline using strategic prospecting techniques.Generate and qualify leads, schedule meetings, and convert prospects into long-term customers.Prepare and follow up on quotations forair cargo warehousing and value-added logistics services.Conduct commercial negotiations focused on achieving profitable business agreements.Develop strong relationships with customers, freight forwarders, airlines, customs brokers, and logistics partners.Coordinate with Operations and Customer Service to ensure successful onboarding and service implementation.Monitor sales performance, prepare commercial reports,



and meet established KPIs.Represent the company professionally while promoting customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.QualificationsBachelor's Degree in International Business, International Relations, Foreign Trade, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.Advanced English (B2-C1 or higher)– spoken and written.Minimum3 years of experiencein Inside Sales, Business Development, Freight Forwarding, Air Cargo, Logistics, or Supply Chain.Proven experience as aHunter, generating new business and closing commercial opportunities.Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.Knowledge of international logistics, air cargo operations, and warehousing services is highly desirable.Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and customer-focused.We OfferCompetitive salary.Attractive benefits package.Professional growth opportunities.Dynamic international environment.Monday to Friday schedule.If you're passionate about sales, enjoy developing new business, and thrive on achieving commercial goals, we'd love to meet you!
