budgeting, execution, and completion.You will also address conflicts or issues, engaging in difficult conversations with clients, team members, and other stakeholders, escalating where appropriate.ResponsibilitiesLeading audit engagements and managing client relationships to deliver quality financial statement auditsEvaluating compliance with regulations and assessing governance and risk management processesAnalyzing financial statements to identify material misstatements and issuing auditor's reportsDeveloping and mentoring team members to enhance their skills and performanceUtilizing auditing methodologies and financial reporting standards to conduct thorough auditsCollaborating with team leadership to maintain quality and meet project timelinesImplementing data analysis and visualization techniques to improve audit processesAddressing conflicts and engaging in challenging conversations with clients and stakeholdersUpholding professional and technical standards, including adherence to PwC's code of conductEncouraging innovation and embracing technology to enhance audit delivery and client serviceWhat You Must HaveAt least a Bachelor's degree in the following field of study: Accounting or Contador Publico Certificado (CPC)At least 4 years of experienceAt least one of the following: US Licensed CPA or Public AccountantOral and written proficiency in English requiredWhat Sets You ApartPossessing knowledge of Accounting and Financial Reporting StandardsUtilizing Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and Auditing Standards (GAAS)Demonstrating proficiency in External Audit and Compliance AuditingExcelling in Data Analysis and Interpretation for financial trendsManaging client relationships with strategic questioning and active listeningEmbracing change and innovation in auditing methodologiesDeveloping skills in Artificial Intelligence (AI) platforms for auditing#J-*****-Ljbffr
