**What you'll do**:- Coordinate regional budgeting and forecasting for commercial volumes.
- Develop and analyze sales performance dashboards to track KPIs.
- Identify process inefficiencies and propose improvements.
- Monitor sales operations and facilitate best practice sharing.




- Ensure data accuracy and identify needs for quality standards.
- Support market trends & competition forecasting.
- Validate data accuracy for incentive calculations.
- Coordinate sing-off processes for sales incentive adherence and payments.
**Your Profile****What we're looking for**:Experience: 2 to 5 years in sales analytics, BI, or operations analysis, preferably in logistics, with expertise in forecasting, data visualization, and process improvement.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel, BI Tools (Tableau, Power BI), and Salesforce; strong data analysis, reporting, and forecasting capabilities.Soft Skills: Problem-solving, commercial acumen, independent work ethic, strong communication, stakeholder management, and proactive issue resolution.
- Language: High English proficiency.
