About the RoleIn Copeland we are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Human Resources team.In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for salaried positions across various departments.You will work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, create effective recruitment strategies, and ensure a smooth hiring process.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with hiring managers to understand staffing requirementsDevelop and execute effective recruiting strategies to meet organizational needsLeverage multiple recruitment channels including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking eventsReview resumes, applications, and conduct initial phone interviews to evaluate candidate qualificationsCoordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and interview panelsProvide interview training to hiring managers, ensuring they are aligned with the company's hiring practicesPrepare interview guides, conduct interviews, and assess candidates' competencies based on job requirementsBuild and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openingsProvide a positive candidate experience, ensuring transparency and professionalismManage the offer process, including offer letters, salary negotiations,
