Descripción y detalle de las actividadesWill be responsible for executing strategicsourcing projects covering various categories ranging from raw materials,packaging materials, CAPEX/MRO, and general services.The role will primarily support ourmanufacturing facility in Mexicali, Mexico, but may also lead projects for ourEuropean and Asian geographies as needed.
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:- Partner with internal stakeholder groups- (Operations, Engineering, Quality, etc.).
- Utilize market intelligence resources to identify potential suppliers, assess market trends, and build should-cost models.
- Build and execute Requests for Proposal (RFPs) to collect supplier proposals.
- Lead supplier negotiations and contracting to maximize value to Footprint via cost reductions.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to qualify and onboard new suppliers.
- Routinely track and report on cost savings achieved through strategic sourcing initiatives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define- Service-level Agreements and Key Performance.




- Cost optimization should be actively pursued by- reducing consumption and eliminating waste in the manufacturing process.Experiência y requisitos- Bachelor's degree in business administration,- Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.
