**Requirements**:- AA or BA in marketing is highly preferred- Meta Certified- 2 to 5 years of paid ads experience- Professional/bilingual English level is a must**What will you do?

**- English Speaking SkillsA minimum of 2 years of direct Meta experience with tangible results- at a digital agency is preferred.
- Manage the setup, adjustments, monitoring,



and reporting for digital marketing and advertising campaigns- Experience and Knowledge in improving Click-Through Rates and Costs Per Click- Excellent at writing ad copy- Advising our team of developers and designers on building landing pages, web pages, etc., that convert- Create/add/manage Meta ads and large budgets on a daily basis- Knows the ins and outs of Meta.
- Advanced knowledge of utilizing pixels.
- Advanced knowledge of retargeting ads- Keyword research experience with SEO understanding- Track/report on conversion- Perform any other duties as required or assigned.
