- Be involved in training learners from Boldr Impact Sourcing partner/s.
- Facilitate instructor-led learning sessions, following the curriculum designed.
- Act as a training coach or guide by ensuring that the activities and discussions help learners assimilate the skills and competencies being developed.
- Conduct post-training assessments to measure the success of the training conducted.




**WHAT WILL YOU DO**:- Collaborate with Boldr's learning team to deliver training sessions according to established curricula.
- Implement, sustain, and ensure the quality of the training courses that have been created and designed.
- Conduct workshops, learning sessions, and training sessions for Boldr's Impact Sourcing partner/s.
- Conduct assessments and analyses to determine, recommend, and implement the type of support needed for learners demonstrating challenges.
- Conduct evaluations to identify areas of improvement.
- Monitor performance, response, and effectiveness of the training.
- Assist in creating and analyzing training performance data.
**Requirements**:**YOU HAVE**:- The ability to manage the full training cycle, including in-person activities- Great skills in facilitating and presenting- Excellent skills in both written and verbal communication- Training skills: You will need to be able to speak in a friendly way to deliver accurate and clear content, listen to people's needs, and help communicate options for them.
